Alpha Home and Impact San Antonio members had a lot to celebrate today with the ribbon cutting of Alpha Home’s renovated Camden residence for clients!
The renovation was made possible by a $100,000 grant given by the generosity of Impact San Antonio members in October 2016.
The grant allowed for substantial improvements to the residence, including the upgrade of four bathrooms and five bedrooms, a kitchen renovation and the replacement of a wooden deck.
“We were thrilled to be a winner of the grant from Impact San Antonio,” said Angela White, Alpha Home CEO. “We’re proud to say these renovations have created a light filled, comfortable home for our residential female clients and also those in our educational Family First Program.”
Alpha Home’s Camden Residence serves up to 16 women needing drug and alcohol treatment and support at any given time. In a year, the residence serves 120 clients in this program and averages 336 clients in our Family First Program.
